Here we include all of the operations to which a knit is subjected after its manufacture, until it is ready for construction of the final “piece”, confection, when necessary. This process allows us to differentiate a textile material, through its value added, through the introduction of one or more functionalities.
Previous Treatment: We perform a series of operations that allow the knot to be ready to be dyed, printed or receive a finish. This is done by eliminating impurities and improving the base quality of textile substrates.
Dyeing: We dye the textile material uniformly over its entire length, with all of the guarantees of technical quality, according to the specifications of requirements of our customers.
Printing: When requested, we treat the entire process of textile printing according to the different printing techniques.
Finishing: In this phase, we include all of the operations designed to improve certain properties of the materials that could be important to its final use, such as appearance, shine, wrinkle resistance, falling, touch, dimensional stability, resistance to breakage, among others.
